Delete your Tovkin account
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways.
In the app
- Sign in and open You.
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
Everything is deleted immediately:
- Your Tovkin Card
- Your checks and numbers
- Companion conversations and memories
- Lab files and their explanations
- Requests you asked Tovkin to handle
- Plus-one sharing (your plus-one loses access straight away)
- Invites you sent
Want a copy first? Use Download all my data on the same screen before you delete.
By email
Email hello@tovkin.com from the address you use for Tovkin and ask us to delete your account. We’ll check the request came from you and delete it within 45 days.
What we keep
A minimal record that you gave consent, and a one-way hash of your email address (a scrambled form that can’t be turned back into the address). Neither contains your health information. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.
Tovkin gives health information, not diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, call 911.
